Formaggini Formaggino is a typical Italian fresh cheese, soft and spreadable. It is nice on crackers, bagels, toast, baked red beets, on top of soup, in salad dressings or on grilled steakes. It is available in two flavors, Garden Herb (with garlic, chives and parsley) and Provencial ( with rosemary, lavender, caraway and garlic). The shelf life is about three weeks.
